  • Quarterly and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and tax preparation
  • Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
  • HST collection and remittance
  • Strategic assistance for refinancing or disposition

Capital Projects & Construction Management  

  • Oversee all capital improvements and renovations
  • Supervise construction and tenant fit-outs over $15,000
  • Provide reporting and oversight for insurance, permits, and approvals

Personnel & Staffing

  • Hiring and managing on-site staff (wages and benefits at Owner’s expense)
  • Ensuring all service personnel fulfill contractual and operational duties
