- Quarterly and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and tax preparation
- Preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
- HST collection and remittance
- Strategic assistance for refinancing or disposition
Capital Projects & Construction Management
- Oversee all capital improvements and renovations
- Supervise construction and tenant fit-outs over $15,000
- Provide reporting and oversight for insurance, permits, and approvals
Personnel & Staffing
- Hiring and managing on-site staff (wages and benefits at Owner’s expense)
- Ensuring all service personnel fulfill contractual and operational duties
