As a fully integrated developer, Maverick oversees every stage of the process - from design to delivery - through three wholly owned divisions: Retail Properties, Living Properties, and Property Management. From its early days to becoming recognized for it's grocery-anchored developments, Maverick continues to evolve, expanding into mixed-use rental communities that reimagine how value is unlocked.

Nick Prangikos
PrincipalWith over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, Nick has been directly involved in delivering more than 3 million square feet of retail and residential space, specializing in grocery-anchored retail plazas. He founded Maverick Developments with a vision to build a family-driven company defined by entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and results. His leadership, industry insight, and commitment to excellence have earned Maverick the trust of major partners and national tenants, solidifying the company's reputation for exceptional projects and lasting partnerships.
Paul Paglialunga
Director of ConstructionPaul brings over 30 years of construction management experience to Maverick Developments. Since joining the company, he has provided expertise and discipline to every stage of construction, ensuring each project meets Maverick’s high standards for quality, efficiency, and performance. Prior to joining Maverick, he held the position of Director of Construction at Cameron + Associates, overseeing large-scale commercial developments across Canada. His leadership continuously drive the successful execution of Maverick’s growing portfolio.
Christopher Prangikos
Director of Development FinanceChristopher brings a strong foundation in real estate finance and institutional experience to Maverick. He began his career as an intern at CBRE in investment sales and leasing before joining Dream, where he worked across their multifamily investment, asset management, and commercial strategic finance teams. He later joined Dream’s development finance group full-time, where he focused on modelling and structuring financing for large-scale residential projects. A graduate of the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, Christopher continues to apply his analytical and entrepreneurial mindset to Maverick’s growing portfolio and operations.
